Required experiences:
5-6 years of experience in capital markets/financial accounting, familiarity with regulatory requirements and listing particularities of international and Russian exchanges, research and analytical skills, some experience in business development
Duties:
assisting the IPO leader in preparing and implementation the IPO targets annual plan
performing pre-IPO diagnostic
IPO Academy operations
assisting the IPO Leader in coordination of the IPO activity across the CIS
participating in Capital Market projects/engagements
preparing monthly IPO reports
communicating with marketing department on relevant issues
working with engagement teams and clients to identify IPO opportunities
maintaining IPO pipeline
communication with market participants, investment banks, private equity funds and exchanges
communicating and coordinating activities within the Firm with other countries (UK, US, etc)
assisting in preparations for speaking engagements that the Firm has sponsored
